does anyone know where i can use them? Im sure theyre for a collector but i dont know where that collector is

If memory serves me correctly, the collector is inconveniently located at the Ascalon Settlement in/from Northern Kryta. This is a "walk to" location that you cannot teleport to via the World Map.

aye, most collectors are not found in towns but rather just outside of 'em. The best ones require a good 15 minute walk or so.

I just confirmed that the collector in Ascalon settlement does NOT take the Emblems, instead he takes Hardened Humps....
