There are 2 quests that give 15 Attribute points. They are somewhere towards the end of the missions. They give you the last 30 Attribute points available.

Tell you what if you want a spoiler that bad then I suggest you read the posts in the Forum for Quest help (Tyrian Explorer's League in the Hall of Knowledge). There are spoilers in there. Lots of them!
