Mods can be replaced...this is how it came to me:

Shocking Brute Sword of Enchanting
Lightning Dmg 15-22 (req 10 Swords)
Damage +20% (while HEalth is below 50%)
Enchantments last 17% longer

What do you think?

EDIT: Thanks for getting back to me, Morph...any idea about its if it was pimped out?

Nevermind.

My brother sold it to the merchant.

He had just been helping some guildies through the desert missions and, apparently, he thought it was minotaur horns.

Worthless imo, perfect 20% but below 50% isnt a popular dmg mod, unless you find a collector for Brute sword. So you should not cry about your brothers mistake (?)
