You should be able to get 5k out of it, possibly more if people are lazy. Bleached Shells sell for 1k each.

uhm... correct me if im wrong but that's the collectors shield.

It is collector's shield for 5 bleached shells and shells sell for 1k each, therefore the shield is worth 5k. It might be able to sell it for more to:
1) People who are lazy
2) People who don't know it's collector
