I know a few sites have HTML / Flash form, but they're usually laggy or cumbersome to work with. Know anywhere I can get just a simple pic?

Or you could just use the one provied by Guild Wars Guru. It'll be the html one, it should work for you

I did look at that thread and all the links are broken on the first post so I didn't bother reading the rest of the thread.
