i was in ruins of ascalon last night with my mesmer, and grawl were running away from me when i cast empathy on them, or energy burn. As i did not want to chase them into a large mob, i gave up chase, they healed, and the cycle started again...
i was in fow last night tanking, and an ele cast meteor shower, and usually i could keep them in their place, but sometimes they'd run. as the mobs are pretty close togehter, i gave up chase till they decided to come back. however, the other warriors would chase them to the next mob, effectivley killing most of the team. the monks got away, rezzed us all, and we dissussed that chasing enemies into another mob is BAD. but they did it again, and needless to say, one monk left, and then we died.

i played my monk and went for doing quest in kryta. I accidentally bring orion along. When we (me and bunch of henchies) attack the enemy, thing go well as the melee tank in front and the nukers, necro hit from behind and i heal. Then, once orion (the mage henchie) casts fire storm. Thing start to go to hell. The enemy scattered and attacked the nukers and necro and me behind. They swarmed us like hell. Imagine a healer like me facing two to three ettins. I think you guys know the rest of the story. =(
