Where to find monk skills?

Was wondering if someone could tell me where the trainers for these skills are... it would be greatly appreciated:

Life Barrier
Protective Spirit
Blessed Signet
Mantra of Inscriptions

Protective Spirit: Amnoon Oasis
Blessed Signet: Droknar's Forge
Mantra of Inscriptions:?? I've yet to see this anywhere in-game, and I've been everywhere. I'd be equally interested if anyone has seen it.

I've seen it as a quest reward I think in Amnoon (don't quote me it was getting late and I was in a rush to get the quest because I didn't have it and the party I was with did so I didn't really read the whole thing). Think it was the ancient quest not sure though. Hope that helps
