All I can tell you is nice drop and probably worth kinda 250-400K Imo, First time I see a *Always* dmg mod on a gold Dwarven!

Pretty sure some War/Mo will buy it off you.
In my opinion - not worth it. Lol, having -1 hp regen just for +13% damage. Better go with 15% enchanted then (since you will have to keep mending with this axe anyway), or 15% stance.
Even if you put mending to counter it, you will have 1 hp regen lower that intented.
So, with 15% while enchanted - gives you 15% damage and 3 hp regen.
This axe with 15% (let's say it's 15% just to compare) - gives you 15% and 2 hp regen.
What do you think is better?
Put vampiric mod on it, and it will surely "unstoppable" weapon. -2 hp regen

or a 20<50, or while hexed DWARVEN AXE?

This is probably the best I've seen next to that one, and my own 14^50, and maybe that 13% enchant. Not worth 200 ecto though lol. I'd pc it around a mil maybe a little more
