strength shield collector

anybody know of a collector wich gives a max armour shield req strength, info on items needed in appreciated

There isn't one as far as I know.

u can buy the green tanzit shield

Or Thorgall's Shield, but AFAIK collector shields are all tactics.

thanks for the reply's all but ive seen those green shields go for 45K wich is hardly the money i have :X

You can find Thorgall's for 5-10k.
