Where can I find a detailed listing of skills for all classes...
who has what and so on?

I prefer this site for skills...for the sole fact I like everything purely simple, and this has a simple interface that anybody (hopefully) can follow Plus, by clicking on the spell, it will tell you where to get it. http://guildwars.gameamp.com/guildwa.../0.php!class=3

since anet maintains that page it should be pretty much the most uptodate (I have noticed one or two discrepencies) so if you find something that's wrong, report it to the support staff.

I like reffering to my monk; she has them all...

The Official guide was kinda good.. until they started changing a lot of the skills.

Go with online skill listings. The official guide is not that helpful due to all the incorrect stuff or the changed stuff. The articles on the quests and missions + bonus is still valid.

A great example of opps in the guide is the Ele Armor listings : Adept, Aeromancer, Elementalist, Geomancer, Hydromancer, Pyromancer, and the 4 head pieces. (one of these things, doesn't belong...)
