Who/How do I ask a mod to make a thread stickey?

Do I ask here or which admin would I contact to ask for consideration?

Any mod can sticky threads in the areas they oversee. Supermods and admins oversee all areas, so they can sticky anything. Just look for the box at the bottom of the board with a list of mods.
