PC 15>50 sephis axe

ok, I know that this isn't max, but I thought that it might be worth something because of the 15>50. Any input?

Sephis Axe of Defense
slashing damage 6-21 (req 6)
damage+15% (while health is over 50%)
armor+5

A 15>50 non-max Sephis axe, hmm . . .

Nope. The +15% won't even bring it up to 28 max dmg.

dang. ah well, what a shame
