Frozen Worms?

I'm trying to get my hands on the longbow version of the collector 15>50 item. He requires 5 Frozen Shells, which to my knowledge only drop from Frozen Worms. I know that these monsters spawn in Lornar's Pass, but I've farmed them with henchies for nearly five hours and have only had one shell drop. Are there any other locations that are more accessible for farming purposes?

Additionally, is there any news as to when guildwiki.org is going to be back up, if ever? I would normally use that site to look for the worms, but I haven't been able to access it in nearly a week.

i ran into a couple in mineral springs. south of the cave with all the imps in it. hope that this helps.

Isnt there 15>50 ascalon bow (is ascalon and long the same?) for hydra claws outside augury (not prophets, other one, cant think of name).....well hes not just outside,, but he is by a teleport... i have a couple of those i think.

hehe, this is like the situation with bleached shells in the desert. No one can get them.

Situation solved...

For anyone else that might be interested, there's a second collector that gives the longbow version of the Ascalon Bow. Pohl Sandbert, in the Arid Sea, takes five Dune Burrower Jaws. I found out that these are much easier to come by, as one can just snipe the worms outside Thirsty River with a bow, no henchies required. I managed to get all five jaws in a matter of minutes.

bleached shells aint to hard to get, its easy to find sand worms, and you can usually buy em for 1k each in augury, but no one farms frozen worms, so i think they are much harder

I was fixing to tell you - The desert collectors has All versions of the Ascalon 15>50.

Keeping in mind the Flatbow version only comes in 15% while enchanted at best.

Actually...Theres no reason what so ever to buy weapons and offhands from most post-desert collectors because they only offer duplicates of what you can get for easier items.
