my question in were do they commonly drop as this is one of my last goals to have a ruby and sapphire and dont real wanna go back to fow

i honeslty have no idea, fatsest way is to possibly buy them.

They drop everywhere, but their rate is extremely low. The most often I've seen them drop is in the Fissure of Woe, and the Underworld. Even then, we're talking like 1 drop every 5+ trips.
