Buying +15 Energy / -1 Energy Regen Holy Rod

I'm looking for a monk wand with as close as stats to that as possible (preferrably exactly). The main thing though is the +15 energy / -1 regen and the divine favor requirement. The max damage really doesn't matter at all.

I'm not crazy, I just want to deck out my PvE monk with the best equipment so that I don't have to remake my monk as often when I change my build.

I really don't care about it being gold/purple/green/whatever. I just want the best stats.

I think you can get them from collectors, try searching for collector location threads.

AFAIK, it's not available from collectors. If it is, I haven't been able to find it. Could you give me the collector name/location/item requirement or a link?

I have a max damage golden holy rod with those exact stats.
