I was playing in Tombs today and an enemy mesmer casted Diversion on me. Reasoning that, at that instance, the healing granted by Restore Condition would offset the added recharge time on that skill, I casted it on a wounded ally. My Restore Condition hence took a longer time to recharge than the usual 2 seconds.
What puzzled me was that as soon as Restore Condition was recharged under Diversion, it immediately recharged again with the same extended duration even though I had not cast it. This curious cycle continued, hence utterly shutting down my Restore Cond skill. The skill only stopped recharging when I died, but as soon as I was resurrected the recharging continued.
Has anyone else encountered this problem before?
