I found spirit shackles on the trainer in amnon.... anyone found mind wrack? I really need it...

I used a Signet of Capture to get my Spirit Shackles.

There was a Mergoyle-type boss on the D'Alessio Seaboard mission I think (the one where you get the True Eye and bathe in the fountain, etc). He cast Mind Wrack and he appears pretty early so if a different boss spawns, it's an easy restart. I saw him the first time, had to exit to go bring my SoC and it took 6 more times before he appeared again.

Mind Wrack wasn't worth it.

I think I got Spirit Shackles as a quest reward somewhere between Denravi and Divinity Coast at a minor town. Mindwrack can be purchased at Dragnor's Forge (sp?).
