I found a war hammer but i've never saw the skin of this hammer. So i wonder is it rare and how much is it worth.

The skin certainly looks unusual. Unfortunately the dmg bonus is not perfect and is not above 50% which is the favoured mod, but stance instead. Lengthens deep wound is pretty poor although the enchantment mod is pretty good.
Shame the hammer has such a high req. Only godly hammers tend to sell for much (since hammers are not popular) and this is not a particularly great hammer. I would guess 5 to 10k tho i could be wrong.
