me and marik went to war over one, and jacked it up to 600k. 
though we were the 2 main bidders, and it stopped being about the shiled and started being about winning the bid, i think that the recent farming nerf can uphold this to a reasonable value. this shield (like the one i got) is 1 hp point off being a 1.5+ million shield.
400k (600 wouldnt surprize me either).
