Im a W/Me18 and im at Elona Reach....im really haveing trouble finding a group and when i do find one i die right in the begining.....is there a way that i can gain lvls and get alot of money for armor really fast?

For armor you can get max AL in the desert for free from the collectors. Check Guildwiki for locations.
Have you done all the missions leading up to this point? Bonuses? Each is worth 1000xp. Quests can also lead to a level up if completed.
