Morrowind can be beaten in 20 minutes. There's no multiplayer. Combat & spellcasting is seriously lame. Too easy to just get away with murder (literally).
Yeah, Morrowind is so superior.

Ohhhhhh I thought there was some guild wars chapter two video that was on that site.. thats why I didn't make the connection..
I did watch the video with the forest in Oblivion and it did look pretty nice, especially with the deer you can kill, but I <3 my gw and i can't wait for chapter ii.

Hang on a sec....since when were we comparing the two games on multiplayer aspects? Just because Morrowind had no multiplayer, does not make it a bad game.
I love Guild Wars, I love Morrowind, and Oblivion looks certain to cure all the misgivings people had about Morrowind. Yes, I am a huge Elder Scrolls fan, but I agree with a lot of what people say is bad about Morrowind...just in my opinion the good far outweighed the bad.
And no, Morrowind can't be beaten in 20 minutes (unless you call playing the game the whole way through, then finding all the exploits and skipping out as much of the RPG element as you possibly can and go straight to the boss completing it).
And besides, I don't believe Morrowind is the kind of game you can complete.
And to the OP, I just dont see how you can compare GW to Oblivion like that.....two completely different games.

Awwww... so much for expressing an opinion in a discussion forum. All you naysayers do realise by responding in a negative way you are falling into troll-bait. Will you never learn? If you ignore the thread it will fall into oblivion (no pun intended...well a little).
But that being said, GW is a different game than Morrowind or Oblivion. Morrowind was friggin awesome when it came out, but not for everyone. Oblivion will be hopefully just as good.... but that doesn't mean you can't pop on GW and play it too. We can have the best of both worlds

That's because you make it a single player game by using Henchies. GW allows you that option. Where's the option in Morrowind/Oblivion?

Oblivion "looks" nice.
what does it have to offer other than good looks.
if i want to hit something till it dies, which is all morrowind amounted to.
ill get a stick and beat a sheep with it (JOKE)
much cheaper.

...it makes no sense, lol.

it is simple for me.
i will get and hopefully enjoy both.
ARENA and DAGGERFALL were the most fun and hopefully OBLIVION will be excellent as well.
as for chapter 2 getting it is easy for me as i have confidence they will keep improving even as they stumble a bit
