Minimize

I hope someone can help me with this.

For a few days now when i play guildwars something strange happens.
after 10-15 minutes my window minimizes by itself

In case u dont understand what im talking about: when you click this button

This started a few days ago and i dont know how it happened.
Does someone knows whats wrong? its verry annoying.

Are you sure you're not Alt-Tabbing out or something? This is a very odd issue, try re-installing GW.

Sometimes when you have a program like IE going on in the background, some sites automatically minimize what you are currently doing to go to that site that you just pulled up when it loads up. That could be the case if have things running in the background.

No im not alt-tabbing and i dont have any programs running.
I found out this happens with other games aswell but not with Photoshop or internet, only games

have you tried playing in "windowed mode"?

i don't no much about computers.i have same problem ever time i reboot i have program i block in terminate it on firewall and all is good.|winlogin.exe| and it's more like every 5 minutes it minimizes.i use sygate pro it was refreshing my desktop every 5 minutes or so.

maybe some program is updating something and got the focus.
could be quicktime, acrobat, macromedia, norton, or even trojans and viruses..

I run my virus scanner and it was a virus causing the problem.
