Lengthens crippling duration on foe

really? wow, i thought it would be more, what if i added a 10/10 sundering mod to it?

I wouldnt waste your 10/10 sunder, you could probably sell them as 2 seperate pieces for more than if you put it on that chaos. As for a pc on the chaos, i'd say maybe 35k, it has a not so appealing req and only 13>50, but still, it is a chaos.
