Saved skillsets

I don't know if this feature already exist in the game, so forgive me for my ignorance. What do you think of having pre-set skills similar to that of having weapon configuration assigned to function keys? Here is a mock up of what I am talking about.



Something like the above would make switching from PvE skillset to a PvP skillset to a Solo skillset, by just select one of the three configurable skillsets. What do you think?
