Is there a baseline pricing list for runes? I'm trying to offload some runes I have and don't need and figured I'd ask here what the going rate is to see if I'm pricing too high.

umm, for stuff like that the merchant is the baseline check what he sells for and what he buys for. Sell less than he does yet higher than he buys.

dude just go to the trader ans see the asking price of the NPC and the buying price. average them together and BAM.
