PC on Dragon Sword and Summit Axe!!

I just need a value on these babies

Gold Firey Dragon Sword
15-22 (req 13) <---ugh!!
Dmg+20%<50
Health+29

and

Gold Summit Axe
6-28 (req 9)
Dmg+13
Armor-10 (while Attacking)
Armor+5

For the Axe was wondering if I should add a good prefix mod if the skin and axe is desireable enough.???

honestly i would salvage the sword for the health mod because no one wants a 20>50 with a 13 req

or sell it in ascalon for like 3-6k?

1) salvage
2) 10k
