OK this is the stangest thing I have ever seen, I have a Longsword that looks like a Crystal sword, it has the following:
Slashing Dmg:6-9
Amor +5 while casting
Fast Cast Chance 5%

It's a quest reward Long Sword from Pre-Searing. Maybe a few plat to someone who just wants the look.
