Well, If You find a mesmer with 11 in illusion magic, using domination and blood too, then its 100k. If You dont, then its worthless.

That skin is pretty rare I think. Ive seen alot of staff's but none like that.

Its an uncommon skin, and if you find the right buy then it could go for a lot. 100k would probably the ideal amount. But it might take some time.
