Male 15k Aeromancer

i was wondering what city do u buy 15k aeromancer in Granite or Grotto? I just made an ele and i like the look, ive seen picutes but have not seen what citie crafts it.

thats a good idea except for the fact that i am level5 and just came through form pre sear so its kindof hard to visit both
