PC on Dragon, Flamberge and Wingblade swords

Hi guys, I was wondering if i could get some cash for any of these swords:

Golden
Fiery Dragon Sword of Fortitude (req. 9)
Fire Damage 15-22
Damage +13% (While health is above 50%)

and

Golden
Flamberge of Fortitude (req. 8)
Damage 15-22
Damage +13% (While health is above 50%)

and

Icy Wingblade Sword of Fortitude (req. 8)
Cold damage 15-22
Damage +14% (While enchanted)

and another question: I have a +29 health upgrade to sword, would it be worth it to put it on one of the swords?

+29hp is worth 10-20k, I wouldn't put it on the swords.
