EditPPS: Just as a note, I'm not great with PCs and I think you'll probably get a better deal than the bow is worth, but if someone out there knows better would like to contradict that, they're free to. I've seen 15/50 req 13s go for about 25k, so I'm assuming your req9 with 2 semi-usable mods is worth 55k more.
