It's worth 20-30k. I'd put a B/O of 30-35k on it.

FYI for future reference perfect implies 15>50 req 7 or 8 with perfect mods. For example this would be a perfect Great Axe:

15>50 Great Axe (req 8)
10% Furious
+30hp
