Not sure if this build has been posted yet, but here it is. Works well in random 4v4 and team 4v4, have not tried it anywhere else.

1. Grenth's Balance
2. Phantom Pain
3. Shatter Delusions
4. Energy Burn
5. Vampiric Gaze
6. Shatter Enchantments
7. Order of Pain
8. Ressurection Signet
The build is simple enough, sacrifice your life down to about 1-10hp at the start, and then drop Grenth's, PPain, Shatter Delusions and Energy Burn on some poor fool. Usually kills them in a few seconds

Yeah been posted many a time, but problem with that build of yours is that I don't see any skills to sacrifice your hp with. Illusion of Weakness is one of the main ones used, because it drops your health 240+ quite easily, and then coupled with a necro 33%, your fine and dandy.
Also, your at a huge energy loss with that build, so many of the skills in there will leave you gasping for energy.
*edit* Order of Pain might be sacrificial, but I don't think so, but I haven't checke, BUT if it is, I think it's 10% sacrifice, which requires alot of sacrificing. :\
