Pc On A Req 7 15% While Enchanted Brute Sword!

Hey guys,

I saw one selling in Lions Arch today and was wondering what a good price would be on it. I am planning on buying it, I just do not know a good price. I know brutes are rare, but the req 7 and the 15% while together screws me up. Any help would be appreciated.

Stats:

Gold max dmg Brute Sword
Req 7
15% while enchanted
Sundering 10/10
+30 Health

my best guess is 300-500k (though i'd nvr pay more than 350k myself for it) i dont really like -while enchanted- swords
