I was perusing armor forums and I noticed a real lack of good, diverse Male Mesmer screenshots. I'm sending a call out to all of you brave enough to play Male Mesmers to post your screenshots of good armor, and armor dyes.
Personally, I have some serious issues when dying my armour, seeing as everything turns so damned dark on me. I'd really like to see some of the 15K's in action as well.
I'd post some of my own, but I don't have anything worth posting at this point, though I'm working on it.

And, while I'm posting...feel free to drop some dying tips for Mesmer armours. I've found them to be incredibly tricky and I'm unable to find anything that can create a "light" colour, though I fear it's the "texture" of the armor which is the cause.

I really liked 15k enchanters in black. 15k in brown I've seen is also nice. The worst color for mesmer armor in general imo is silver/grey, it looks awful.

well, sorry for the lack of a color scheme, but you can check out my male mesmer fow armor. i am still looking for suggestions on what color to dye it. this is just the base green it came with.
p.s. darn it looks cooler with a mask. ill repost a better picture soon. hopefully ill have dyed it by then ^^

Being that I personally noticed a certain disrespect for mesmers, and a lack of them in general, I decided I'd stop playing my beloved necromancer for a while and bring up the first character I ever got to post-searing, Pie Xags (the mesmer). I'll be snagging him the Virtuoso's 15k set first, then probably the rest of the 15k versions over time. Won't get the fissure armor, just like I skipped it with my necro. (It's ugly...real ugly.)

Here is mine. 15k Enchanters dyed dark brown. The gloves are black. The pants have been updated since this picture and are also dark brown.

I'd dye my Mesmer armour pink but it's practically impossible with the texture to get anything lighter than a hazy light red.

I just refer to it as my two sets as my Ascalon and Ascention armors *even if the Collectors set isnt technically ascention armor*.

The set is 3 parts Rogue and the shirt/jacket is stylish. I hated Rogue's vest look. Its never really struck me as "Mesmer-like" Then I just dyed the coat blue to match the rest of the armor. I'm actually in the process of rebuilding this armor, since I want to keep a record of everything I wore as Arcanis. Except this time its a bit harder to build, since I need the money and supplies for Droknar level armor.

Red + Purple + Silver x 2 made a very nice dusty pink on my female mesmer's 15K enchanters. But, since this is a thread about male mesmers ...
