11 str shouldn't be too hard to get. Even with 16 axe (or w/e), I could see you running 11/12 str, just don't concentrate so much on your secondary.

imo whisper nef about this shield and u'll have the best u can he is looking for that shield for so long (not sure req 11 is mby too high for him i have no idea about it) but i think he want it so bad that he will bid crazy on it
