More than 4 Characters per account...?

Is there any way to get more than 4 characters in account? Also, if not, is there any way to buy just the access key for the game? It's a pain because both me and my brother play on the same account, and we both can only have 2 characters.

The limit is 4. You need to buy another game. Do it and support ANet
