WTB - Ivory/Horn Bow w/+14% or +15% always & -10 armor

I'm Looking for a Horn or Ivory Bow. Here's what it needs:

Dmg: 15-28 (req. anything)
+14% or +15% always
-10 armor (while attacking)

That's it. Anyone with information leading to the capture of this wanted bow should contact me here or leave me a pm. Please include a picture if you have one. I don't care what mods it has on it, in fact the crappier the mods, the better.

Anyone know if there's a 24 hour bumping rule in this section as well?

Anyone else at all? If it helps, the most I can afford is 30k at the moment. Like I stated before though, there's no need for it to have uber leet upgrades. One with +14%, fiery, and +20 health would do just fine.
