Yes, that's it. The nerfed one is the same, but the Improve Skill Recharge is only 10%.

Frankly, I see people selling these (spamming anywhere from 50K to 90K) but I hardly see anyone buying them. Most buyers are looking to secure one for 20-25K, for good reason IMO (since there are very few illusionists out there and the loss of the +12 energy is crippling without it).

Eh, I was short on money so I sold one of mine for 40k, had 3 people offer immediately.
