PC on a weird Flatbow

I need a price check on this Flatbow:



I found it exactly like this, no vampiric bow string added. It almost looks like a bug
And it really causes health degeneration of -2.

no b/c the negitive effect for the 14% dmg is -1 health regen then the -1 heaalth regen for the vamp.

That seems like a bit too harsh of a -hp degen. Someone may want it, but I wouldn't bother trying. -2 is a LOT imo.

Would it be worth more if I would get another perfect bow string (sundering for example) and put it on this bow?

Nope. If you intend to sell it don't waste money on a sundering string, just put an elemental string on there.

i suggest salvaging the string to sell, that bow is really crappy
