[WTB] Max Damage Necro Weapon with Curse Req.

My Necro's deadly cesta with curse req. from the collector is looking pretty lame in comparison to all the green items I have for the other necro skill lines, so I'm looking to upgrade it. What I'm looking for, is a max damage curse req. Necro weapon W/+3 energy or higher and 20% chance of improved cast speed or recharge. I'd like the energy bonus to either be (while enchanted) or (while health > 50%). I'd also prefer it to do dark damage. Please let me know if you've got anything like that. Thanks!

bump and I'd like to add that it may also have a blood req as long as it has increased cast speed or skill recharge when using curse skills.

I have a couple of Deadly Cestas and Truncheons that are nice.
