How do I get a good bow?

i have a weak bow well it's a short bow 10-16 attack and it's custimized is there any quests that gives a good bow i am getting kinda upset at the fact that i haven't found a decent bow although people try to sell them to me they want like 10k i have 2k lol thats nothing ya so anyone have an advices oh i am level 14 R/Mo just in case that helps (i dought it though)

If you have any friends who'd be willing to grab a collectors' bow for you, you can get that for about 200g, depending how nice your friends are :P

If you are in ascalon, then there is a quest in piken square that gives you a longbow of fortitude (feathered and i think also +energy, not sure about the energy).

uh i am at lions arch although i can go back to ascolan if there is a npc that gives a quest for a bow (and i am not currently online doing homework but i thought i would get some advice since i am pretty far in the game and still dont have a decent bow)

Yes - Almost anyone here, or other people will certainly hook you up with a collector's bow.
