It allows the unlocking of 7 skills, 1 elite, 1 rune and 1 weapon upgrade

but a newbie couldnt, maybe they can get into pvp faster
now is that PvP or the PvE character too?

hopefully not the latter
or HEY WE'LL GET MORE POISON ARROWS IN LVL 10 ASCALON PVP!!

You don't unlock skills for PvE, you buy them with skill points at the correct area

You can get into PvP at anytime, can't ya?

Gotta say it is pretty cheesy to give stuff out that most people have to earn (rather easily if they really want to), so what else is new? I would rather see them get a unique item, more of a vanity item that says, "yes I bought the special edition".
