Extra attribute points

when u get to level 20 ... ur able to get a quest that gives u more attribute points.... now wat i wanna no is there r any more of these quests??
if there r .. can u plz say, where it/they are.

One in the desert, on in Droknar's Forge.

its the guy or the girl next to the storage. Been a while can't remember his name nor the name of the quest.

You have to get all of the outposts in the desert first...I belive it's a quest, and once you've done that, you have to do a secondary quest...That doesn't mean you have to change your secondary, but it's required to get the 2nd attribute quest. And you get that one from the lady near the storage in Droks...

It Vanyi, she's by the Xunlai agents at storage.

I don't think the exclamation mark "!" shows above her head for the quest. You just need to listen to what she says when she talks to you.

She'll tell you to travel to 3 places in the desert. While you're there, talk to the ghosts with the secondary quests. If you then return to Vanyi, she will tell you something like "don't be afraid to do the quests". So go back and complete at least one of the secondary missions. After that, return again to Vanyi, and she will give you another quest. THAT quest will have the 15 attribute point reward.

The desert attribute quest starts in Destinys Gorge, the quest for a forgotten. That forgotten then gives the 15-point quest.
