1. whirlling defense
2. escape
3. apply poison
4. precision shot
5. savage shot

I have heard Apply Poison can be bought from a skill trainer you talk to at the end of the Ascalon Settlement Strongbox quest, which you get from the merchant in Lions Arch. I have not confirmed this for myself, so feel free to try it.
I HAVE confirmed that you can capture Apply Poison (100%) from the Maguuma Spider Queen, the boss at the end of The Wilds mission. Both myself and a guildmate have done this.
