PC: Dwarven Axe gold unid req8

Just wanting a price check on a req8, max damage, unidentified, gold "Dwarven Axe" that dropped for my friend in HoH.

I'll get a screenshot sometime in the future, stay posted for updates.

Just wondering what the most you'd be willing to pay for this axe would be.

the last one got PC'ed around 250-300k i think
or it was sugessted you could ID it and still sell it for almost that much with any crappy dmg modifier
