necromancer/ranger question's

Hi i have 2 questions

1, is it true that u can make lvl 19 minions if so can u tell me how i can only get them to 18


2, where can i find the lvl 15 pet (ive looked but never found one)

can someone pls help me by answering these questions. thank you

i thought all pets came at lvl 5 except for the lvl 20 black widow underworld spider which comes at 20 and is probably the best pet.

You can get a level 15 Elder Wolf somewhere in the Shiverpeaks, but I couldn't tell you if it's northern or southern shiverpeaks, sorry. I also believe they are related to a quest/mission, so might be a 1? chance only deal.. but don't quote me on that.

Only possible way I could see to get level 19 minion's is if you have 16 in death with a +1 death on skills focii (or is that a wand mod?) .. that would get you 17 in Death.. but would that give you level 19 minion's? I don't know.

Is 17 the highest you can get Death? I know you can get Blood & Curses to 19... (16, +1 focii/wand & ATB)

i think those people miss read awaken the blood and thought it also raised death magic

No, he's correct, it's done with the +1 death staff. You can get 20% or so of your forces at level 19.

Pets are available at a variety of levels: Moas at level 3, Most post searing at level 5, the elder wolves at level 15, the spiders at level 20, pre-searing wolves at level 2, pre-searing Striders at level 1.

And the spider is not the "best" pet. It's just like the others.

The high level wolves are south of granite citadel or north of copperhammer, when the road splits take the eastern path
