My IGN is Valdis Deathbringer
I think its because they are the rarest (so im told) axe in the game. SO rare in fact that finding a max one (without a damage mod) is a feat in itself.

First of, Sickles are hardly the rarest axe in my opinion. I've found tons of them, not max, but TONS. Think about Tribal Axes, and Serpent Axes while we're at it. They're hard to come by. And so are Dwarven Axes.
And by the way, finding a max Sickle isn't a "feat". It's pure luck.
