Our Guild's new roster!
ChoKILLate[FDG]
Our guild has made a cool easy to edit roster for each of our members. It can be edited with word and customized to each of your 4 characters! Does any other guild have something similar?...If so please post!
*Hopefully GW/ANet does not mind us using their wallpapers for our template. We do credit them.

I dig the design..
I might go ahead and make a guild design myself as well.
You gave me a great idea.

But it is so fast and easy to do once there is a template for it. It is also easy to edit/update your player's profile and looks great on a clan's website. You simply update, upload, and the html page will show the new picture along with the rest of your guild's roster.

Just a simple table.. also not too impressed since it simply a background of GW graphics with white on top.

why does something have to be complex to look good?
i really like it, except that there is a red line under the word armor.
edit: upon further review i belive this should go in the arts and crafts section.

Wow wasn't expecting so much criticism...I was just curious if other guilds had cool roster setups on their sites like this. We just wanted a simple and fast table that could easily be uploaded as a jpg by any guildmate that would automatically make changes in the roster html page. The final version was mostly done by a guildmate, not me....and I think he did a great job personally.
Basically everthing is in a word document. All background pictures are already resized and ready to go. You just fill in 1 table, add the background picture that best fits your character, set it to "behind", add your personal picture. Then after making 4 of these, cut them out and paste them into the larger template, and save a copy as a jpg and upload it.

Where in my post did I say that? Guess it is just how you took it.
And to the person above me, looks pretty good.

ANd that design looks nice and all, but how easy will it be for use? You would have to do that blur to all of your guildmates characters and upload each one individuallym as well as crop out the bg. THe one above is simple, yet effective, and requires just a simple upload of a picture and a few changes of words.

Most of the time goes really into cutting out the character, which in itself doesn't take that much time anyway.. 3 mins at most. Once I have that, a layer template does the rest.
But I won't deny that what Cho posted is easier to edit.

Hey dont let Forum Trolls get you down, I think it looks great. Clean simple and much better than 90% of the rosters out there. Keep your head up and keep doing what makes you happy....
No one ever erected a statue for a critic... it was always those that tried and failed, but kept trying that get remembered.
IN the end, Critics get nothing.... because they deserve nothing.
