Game Crashes frequently

Ok, so I just got this game-which I love btw-the other day. I installed it and began to play and within minutes of logging into my first character-I crashed! Either it would just die and crash to desktop-or when I would try to go to a new zone or log in I would get an err=5. So, I unhooked my router-knowing that several games have issues with routers-and that stopped it. Or so I thought. Now, im not crashing as much, but I am still getting a message when i crash to DT that says the memory can't be read. Any ideas? Could it be something corrupting the GW.exe file?

Same issue? Try the reinstall just in case, as that doesn't seem to be a hardware issue...

Thanks-I think I may just have to do what he did and reformat-just gotta find the stupid cd....

he means re-install the game dude...NOT your HD.
